			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The pain had subsided and I was feeling very good.</p>
<p>Quick workout this with absolutely no time wasted between sets. Each upper body rep was followed by a lower body exercise rep and I kept alternating till the end. My heartbeat was really up and it felt very good. Spent app 30 minutes to do all this</p>
<p>- 3x bench with 12, 10 and 12 reps of 30, 35 and then 30 k<br />
- 3x Leg extensions with some random weight which i kept increasing<br />
- 3x shoulder press with 10k<br />
- 3x Leg curls with random weight again<br />
- 3x Alternate barbell curls with 10k<br />
- 3x Squats with 15 reps with 12.5 k (yeah i know, what a waste)</p>
<p>Plan to run tomorrow</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 2 would have been fairly uneventful had Umesh not been there. Always good to see someone you know. He&#8217;s been biking every alternate day and has become the pied piper of new colony by getting many people into cycling. He was of the opinion that I wont be able to bulk up no matter how hard I try. Am no fan of big size anyway.</p>
<p>This is what i did</p>
<p>- 3 x bench press with 30 kg</p>
<p>- 3 x squats with 7.5 kg (this is still laughable)</p>
<p>- 1 x lunges (I&#8217;m so sure I was doing this all wrong)</p>
<p>- 3 x barbell curls with 7.5 kg</p>
<p>- 3 x shoulder press with 7.5 kg</p>
<p>Still doing random stuff and will continue with it for atleast a week.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally joined my friendly neighborhood gym. Its got a facelift and has plenty of new equipment. Feel I will stick around for long this time. Was happy to see shining new Olympic rods.</p>
<p>The drill was fairly routine. A little bit of this and a little bit of that done carefully and at low intensity to keep my muscles from cracking up and screaming.</p>
<p>Did all of this finally. Must have spent less than 30 minutes.</p>
<p>- 2 x bench press with 30 kg</p>
<p>- 3 x barbell curls with 7.5 kg</p>
<p>- 7 dips (this was a surprise since last time I remember doing only 3-4)</p>
<p>- 2 x 15 Squats with 5 kg (this is laughable)</p>
<p>- 3 x 14 shoulder press with increasing weights.</p>
<p>Could have pushed but didn&#8217;t want to.</p>
